Local Builders Break Ground In Norwalk

NORWALK — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Friday, November 13, at 15 West Main Street, to begin development of Summerview Square, a 63-unit apartment community in Norwalk.

The project, which was unanimously approved last December by the Norwalk Planning and Zoning Commission, is managed by Summerview Development Group, headed by Neal and Steven Berko of Newtown and Andrew J. LaSala, Jr, of Wilton.

The Berko brothers are also the founders and partners of Four Square Builders of Newtown, and are longtime members of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County.
