Elizabeth L. Preisach Conlon

Former Beautician

Elizabeth L. Preisach Conlon, 75, of Newtown, died November 17 at Danbury Hospital. She was the widow of James Conlon, Jr. Mrs Conlon was born in Yonkers, N.Y., June 30, 1932, the daughter of Eberhardt and Bernice (Alterwisher) Preisach.

She is survived by three daughters, Cheryl Gotthardt and her husband, Dan, of Newtown, Bernice Bock and her husband, Carl, of Danbury, and Janice Acquanita and her husband, Frank, of Brookfield; grandchildren, Chad Bock and his wife, Carrie, Casey Bock, Keith and Cody Gotthardt, and Frankie, Joey, Nick, and Mia Acquanita.

Previously of Danbury, Mrs Conlon had been living with her daughter in Newtown. She worked as a beautician and for many years worked at the former Glen Hill Convalescent Center in Danbury. She was a member of King Street United Church of Christ, Danbury.

The funeral was conducted from the Hull Funeral Home, Danbury, November 20 to a service in the King Street United Church of Christ. Burial was in King Street Cemetery, Danbury.
