It's hard to believe the holidays are here. The Newtown Fund needs your help to make the holidays brighter for our neighbors in need. Please consider "adopting a family" as part of The Newtown Fund's annual Holiday Basket Program.

The Newtown Fund provides food and gifts to Newtown families who qualify for assistance. We expect to be helping over 75 families this year, and volunteer participants are needed to "adopt a family" and buy individual gifts, food, or gift certificates. If you can't "adopt a family," please consider making a monetary contribution or donating unwrapped gifts.

Food and gifts will be collected at Fraser Woods School on Friday, December 15, between 6 pm and 8 pm, or Saturday, December 16, between 7 am and 9 am. To volunteer, contact Alison Kistner at
