Olga J. Brady

Olga J. Brady, 82, a resident of Harborside Health Care Center-Glen Hill Danbury, died November 17 in Danbury Hospital.

Mrs Brady was born in Mahanoy City, Penn., September 6, 1921, a daughter of the late Michael and Melanie (Nepywoda) Witiszin.

She lived most of her life in New York City and was employed as a shipping clerk for Eagle Electric of Astoria, N.Y., until her retirement.

Mrs Brady has been a resident of Connecticut since 1985, previously living in Waterbury.

She is survived by her six children and their spouses: Melanie B. and Ronald R. Roman of Sandy Hook; Michael R. and Margaret Brady of New Fairfield; James T. and Barbara Brady of Bantam; Joseph J. Brady of Watertown; Robert J. and Silvana Brady of Beechhurst, N.Y., and William M. and Pamela Brady of Huntington, N.Y.; eleven grandchildren: Erin Brady, Maegen B. Brady, Elizabeth C. Brady, R.J. Roman, Benjamin Brady, William W. Brady, Cara Brady, Stephanie Roman, James P. Brady, Thomas Brady, and Keelin Faith Brady; two brothers, Peter Witiszin of Locust Valley, Penn., and Joseph Feldish of Hometown, Penn.

Funeral services were scheduled to be held Friday, November 21, at 10:30 from the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, and at 11 am, in St Rose of Lima Church for a Mass of Christian burial. Interment will be in St Rose Cemetery.

Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, November 20, from 7 to 9 pm.
