Fire Truck

Newtown’s five volunteer fire companies are sponsoring a “Fill the Fire Truck” Holiday Food Drive Saturday, November 22, from 9 am to 3 pm, at the Big Y supermarket in Newtown and on Sunday, November 23, from 9 am to 1 pm, at Super Stop & Shop.

A fire truck and representatives from the fire companies will be on hand to receive donations of nonperishable food items. The items collected will be given to the FAITH food pantry in Sandy Hook.
