St Johnâs (Washington) Bazaar Returning For 23rd Year
WASHINGTON â The 23rd Annual Holiday Bazaar will be held Friday and Saturday, November 30 and December 1, in the Parish House of St Johnâs Church.
The bazaar furnishings and accessories for both the well-appointed home and person, antiques and treasures from Litchfield Countyâs best decorators and attic troves, treats and delicacies from St Johnâs Larder, orchids, plants and topiary from The Greenhouse, The Elegant Elephant, and the possibility of spectacular deals on holiday homes, foreign trips and luxury items at live and silent auctions.
This year a new âStreet of Shopsâ will feature treasures from near and far including chic accessories for the home from Nina Campbell and baroque pearl jewelry from Stephanie Hoppen Gallery, both from London, England; handbags and accessories made from crocodile and other exotic skins from Angela Alvarez of Lake Forest, Ill.; classic jackets with updated details from Campus Peddler of Macungie, Penn.; and from Connecticut, gifts for women from Catch All Gifts, classically designed costume jewelry from CMM Designs, wraps, scarves and other stylish accessories from PK Collection, and glamorous accessories for body, home and travel from Valerie Peyton Horn Collection.
A preview party will be held on Friday, November 30, from 6:30 to 9 pm. Tickets are $100 for Angels, and $50 for Friends if purchased by November 23, or $65 at the door.
The bazaar will then be open on Saturday, December 1, from 10 am to 3 pm. There is no admission charge on Saturday.
