Flagpole Photographers Camera Club Show To Open With Sunday Afternoon Reception

The Flagpole Photographers Camera Club will host the opening of “Newtown and Beyond,” an exhibition of works by members, on Sunday, November 18. The exhibition will be at Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street; the opening on Sunday will run from 2 to 4 pm.

The exhibition, featuring images captured in Newtown and around the world, will remain on view until December 14. The public is encouraged to attend the reception for some treats and to meet some of the photographers.

After Sunday, the collection can be viewed during regular municipal center hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

This is the third annual show co-sponsored by the Town of Newtown and the Flagpole Photographers.  The theme is “Newtown and Beyond.”
