Help From Newtown LAX

To the Editor:

Sincere thanks to the Newtown Lacrosse Association for the generous $500 donation to the Donate To Skate fundraising campaign, working toward raising money to build a skate park in Newtown.

Kudos to Bobby Marusi, the Newtown LAX president, for the effort he put forth to facilitate this donation. We thank the Newtown LAX Association for caring and supporting our skate boarders.

We also thank our committee member Kerri Cartelli for her time and effort calling upon different local organizations for donations to build a skate park.
