Karen Giglio Baxter, 44, of Trumbull, the beloved wife of Glenn Baxter, died suddenly at St Vincent’s Medical Center, November 12. Born in Bridgeport to Sharon Giglio Boroskey and the late Leonard Giglio, Mrs Baxter was a lifelong area resident.

In addition to her husband, Mrs Baxter is survived by her brother, William Boroskey and his wife, Kirsten, of Newtown; loving children, Amanda and Justin Baxter of Trumbull; mother, Sharon Boroskey of Stratford; and stepfather, William Boroskey of Shelton.

She was a daycare provider for many years, and currently was an assistant for the Mobile Veterinarian Clinic in Trumbull.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 16, at 10 am, directly at St Stephen’s Church, 6948 Main Street, Trumbull. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Westport. Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, November 15, from 4 to 8 pm at the Shaughnessey-Banks Funeral Home, 50 Reef Road, Fairfield.
