Teikyo Post Info Session
BETHEL â The Division of Accelerated Degree Programs at Teikyo Post University invites prospective students to an Information/Registration Session in the distributive education room at Bethel High School, off Judson Road near the intersection of Routes 58 and 302 in Bethel. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5, from 5 pm to 7:30 pm, and is informal, so people can stop by any time during the posted hours. It is recommended, but not required, to call 800/582-8250 to set up an appointment during the session hours.
Teikyo Postâs Accelerated Program allows students to earn an associateâs or bachelorâs degrees in half the time. The academic year is divided into five eight-week terms and classes meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Bethel High School from 5:30 to 7:50 pm and/or 8 to 10:20 pm. Students can earn up to 30 credits in one year by taking two courses each term. Students in the Bethel program can complete associateâs or bachelorâs degrees in business management entirely at the site at Bethel High School in the Bethel Educational Park. Courses are offered to fulfill some of the requirements for Accounting, Integrated Business, Marketing, MIS, Finance, Human Services, Legal Assistant, Psychology, and General Studies majors; however, students take the remaining courses for these programs on the main campus in Waterbury.
Evening classes are also held at a site in Trumbull and at the main campus in Waterbury. In addition, students may take classes on alternating Friday nights or Saturday mornings at the main campus.
