Joanne E. Perry

Joanne E. Perry, 46, of Stratford, died November 15 at Bridgeport Hospital.

She was the sister of Martha Conti of Sandy Hook.

Born in Bridgeport, she was a Vermont resident for nine years, returning to Stratford six years ago. Joanne was the daughter of the late Wayne and Fredrica (Miller) Perry. She was a sales clerk for Walmart in Shelton.

Survivors include her beloved family, a daughter, Tabbethia Perry, of Stratford; four brothers, Wayne, Donald, Robert, and Frederick Perry, all of Vermont; six other sisters, Margaret Hudak of Stratford, Deborah Perry of Florida, Sarah Bedard, Linda Perry, Elizabeth Eddy, and Susan Perry, all of Vermont; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend a funeral service Saturday, November 18, at 11:30 am in the Parente-Lauro Funeral Home, 559 Washington Avenue, Bridgeport. Calling hours will be Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 am in the Parente-Lauro Funeral Home. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
