Toyota Rollover

Motorist Jay McNally, 18, of 22 Washington Avenue was driving a 1985 Toyota Cressida, carrying three teenage passengers, northward on Mile Hill Road South at about 2:10 am November 12, when the vehicle did not negotiate a curve in the road near Nunnawauk Road, police report.

The Toyota went off the road, hit a stone wall, and then rolled over, police said. There were no injuries, police said. McNally made an improper turn, according to police.

Castle Hill Crash

Motorist Colin Cascia, 19, of 7 Juniper Road was driving a 1993 Subaru Impreza, carrying two teenage passengers, eastward on Castle Hill Road at about 3 pm November 11, when the auto failed to stay to the right on a curve in the road near King Street, police said.

The Subaru struck some brush on the westbound road shoulder, police said. There were no injuries. Police issued Cascia a written warning for failure to keep to the right on a curve and for failure to carry a valid automotive insurance identification card.

Poverty Hollow

Motorist Robert G. O’Neil, 23, of 5 Abbotts Hill Road was driving a 1994 Audi 100-S sedan northward on Poverty Hollow Road about 8:50 pm November 10, when the vehicle collided with a deer, police said. O’Neil was not injured, police said.

Honda Vs Plymouth

Police report a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Turkey Hill Road and Nearbrook Drive about 4 pm November 10.

Motorist Tamara Restuccia, 33, of 43 Turkey Hill Road, who was driving a Honda Civic sedan eastward on Turkey Hill Road, was traveling behind motorist Elliott Torres, 51, of 59 Nearbrook Drive, who was driving a Plymouth Grand Voyager minivan, police said.

The Plymouth then turned left onto Nearbrook Drive and the Honda went into a skid, colliding with the Plymouth, police said.

There were no injuries. Police issued Restuccia an infraction ticket for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
