Shannon Solheim, daughter of Peter and Janis Solheim of Sandy Hook, was recently inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, a National Leadership Honor Society. Shannon is a junior at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Penn., with a double major in honors communication and political science. She is president of the Communications Club, a member of the Hearing Board of the College Judicial System, newsletter editor of the Delta Zeta Sorority, campus delegate, and a three-year athlete on the co-ed varsity cheerleading team.
