Mary M. Davies

Mary M. Davies, 86, formerly of Danbury, died peacefully November 1 at Ashlar of Newtown. She was the wife of the late Harry Davies, Sr.

She was born in Youngstown, Ohio, April 1, 1917, daughter of the late Andrew and Barbara (Okridge) Matyas.

She was a loving mother and devoted her life to her family. She is survived by her beloved children, Harry Davies, Jr, Martha Davies, and Caroline Davies; her loving niece, Barbara Costa and her three loving grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial took place in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Kenmore, N.Y.

The Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, was in charge of local arrangements.
