âOnlineCSUâ To Offer Courses In Accounting, Business and Management
HARTFORD â Registration for the winter and spring semesters at OnlineCSU, the Connecticut State University Systemâs distance education program, has begun. Registration will continue for the next several weeks, but space is limited.
During the winter and spring, OnlineCSU will offer courses in accounting, business, and management. Those interested in registering for courses or learning more about the programâs distance-learning opportunities can do so by visiting OnlineCSUâs Web site at www.onlinecsu.ctstateu.edu.
Among the undergraduate courses to be offered in the winter and spring are Introduction to Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Advanced Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Personal Financial Planning, Contemporary Economic Issues, Business Statistics I and II, and Social Issues in Business Management at the undergraduate level. At the graduate level, the courses include Budgetary Planning and Control and Accounting Theory.
OnlineCSU provides three winter semester options, so check the Web site for starting dates. Spring semester courses begin January 22.
All coursework, including homework and exams, are completed via computer. Students interact with professors and other students by e-mail, as well as through online threaded discussions and chat rooms.
