Carolyn Fagan

Fagan is a senior captain on the Newtown High School girls’ volleyball team. She has played volleyball for about six years.

Favorite part about playing: Fagan said being a part of the team is what she likes best. “It’s a different kind of bond than a (traditional) friendship,” she said.

Toughest aspect: “As good as you think you can do you can always do better.”

When she’s not spiking the ball: Plays Senior League Basketball.

Favorite subject: English.

Food of choice: Chocolate.
