As Newtown Middle School is in the middle of collecting food for families for the upcoming holidays, why do you think it is important to collect food and donations?

Adam Hufziger: Because the kids that aren’t as fortunate as us need good food during the holidays.

Bonnie Buchetto: I think that we should give back to the people that don’t have as much as we do.

Tim Kelly: I think it’s important because some people are less fortunate than us, so they need food to eat.

Alex Coscia: Because some people can’t afford to have a nice holiday.

Kim Saltzman: This way people can have food and they don’t have to starve.

April Grisanti: Because some people are less fortunate than us, and don’t have enough money to get food for their family.
