Christine Fairchild Joins Coldwell Banker Bob Tendler

Christine Fairchild has joined the staff of Coldwell Banker Bob Tendler Real Estate as an associate realtor, it was announced by Bob Tendler, manager of the firm.

Ms Fairchild has been active in real estate for the last 14 years, brokering the sales and purchases of a variety of homes, businesses, and properties. She is a multimillion-dollar producer.

Among the awards she has received are Agent of the Year, Connecticut Brokers Council Honors, and Top Selling Agent. She has also been certified by the state as a designated broker, and has taken courses in interior design and in staging a home for sale. Chris is a member of the Northern Fairfield County Board of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors.

A graduate of Brookfield High School and Northwestern Connecticut College, she worked for United Airlines before settling in Newtown with her family in 1986. She has a daughter, Jennifer Fairchild Badillo, who is a freshman at Penn State University.

In community affairs, Ms Fairchild has been president of the Newtown High School Choral Parents, and a volunteer at the Newtown High School Career Center, as well as being active in numerous fund-raising projects for the UMCA, the American Heart Association, and Newtown High School.
