Beloved Mother And Grandmother

Dorothy Herb Swansiger, 86, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Michael Swansiger, died November 1, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 30, 1924, a daughter of Leo A. and Elizabeth Kapmeyer Herb.

Eight children, including Mark Swansiger, and his wife Sarah, of Newtown a brother, Raymond Herb, and his wife Elaine; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews survive Mrs Swansiger. Two siblings predeceased her.

A Mass of Christian Burial took place November 7. Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
