Joins Hegarty Real Estate

John Hegarty, president, announced that Carolyn Bloomberg has joined the team of real estate professionals at Hegarty & Company in Brookfield. A resident of Newtown for 34 years, Ms Bloomberg holds a BS degree in social science from Simmons College and a certificate in management development from Fairfield University.

Licensed since 1977, Ms Bloomberg has been involved in all aspects of local real estate, listing, and selling residential properties in Brookfield and Newtown, as well as all of the surrounding towns in the greater Danbury area. Her longtime successful career includes a four-year position as real estate specialist at a major relation company, managing the sale of corporate properties nationwide.

She has earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and has achieved the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), held by fewer than four percent of all realtors in the country. She is a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors.
