Grace D. Carlough

Grace (Daniels) Carlough, 79, of Germantown, Tenn., wife of the late Stephen Peter Carlough, died on November 7 in her home.

She was the mother of Barbara A. Lindquist of Sandy Hook.

A homemaker, she was a graduate of St Joseph College in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit.

In addition to her daughter, she is survived by another daughter, Joan C. Matthews of Germantown, Tenn.; a son, Stephen P. Carlough, Jr, of Fort Myers, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

Services were held on November 11 at the Church of the Holy Spirit. Burial took place in Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, N.Y.

Canale Funeral Directors, 2700 Union Avenue Extended, Memphis, Tenn., were in charge of arrangements.

Contribution in her memory may be made to Ronald McDonald House or St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
