Quimbaya Joins Advanced Real Estate

Carlos Quimbaya has recently affiliated with Advanced Real Estate, Better Homes & Gardens, Sandhill Plaza, in Newtown as a sales associate, Brian Corson, office manager announced.

Originally from Colombia, South America, Mr Quimbaya is especially able to assist Spanish-speaking clients in the home buying and selling process. He currently resides in Southbury with his wife and two sons, and enjoys tennis, opera, and UCONN basketball as hobbies.

By joining Advanced Real Estate, Carlos is able to utilize the programs offered by the Better Homes & Gardens franchise that is owned by GMAC Home Services, including the Home Warranty, which will benefit his clients. He is efficient in putting today’s technology to use in making home buying easier for his clients.

Mr Quimbaya is involved in the current training courses and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
