Occupation: I have been a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, and business owner of Therapeutic Massage & Wellness located both in Newtown and Danbury, Connecticut.

Family: I come from a very close family of four, which includes my mom and dad and one older sister. I am also incredibly blessed to be an aunt to two beautiful nieces, Alexandra and Angelina.

What do you like to do in your free time? I don’t have a tremendous amount of free time, but I would describe myself as an experienced creator and healer. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, having stimulating conversations, and the opportunity to learn from one another. I love supporting local restaurants, watching sports, and being on the water.

What is your favorite book? One of my favorite books that I give to many people is The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz. I love this book, because I feel it’s aligned with my vision of always striving to add more value than is expected.

Who has been the greatest influence in your life? My clients have influenced me the most, because I recognized the more that I know, the more I can help. I am constantly striving to be the best massage therapist I can possibly be to ensure the success of their health and well-being.

If you could spend the day with one person, who would you choose and why? There are so many people I would love to spend the day with: Derek Jeter, Michael Jordan, Sara Blakely — all people I admire for their leadership, discipline, and consistency. But if I had to choose one person, I would choose my Grandma. There is something so special about getting a day with someone you love so much and also admire.

Who is your favorite musical artist? In regards to music, I don’t have a favorite artist. However, I gravitate towards music that tells a meaningful story. Recently, I’ve been listening to a lot of country and really love the passion and meaning behind the songs I am listening to.

What is the greatest piece of advice you have ever been given? The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to “Trust the process.” Worrying about the past and trying to predict the future can take away from the beauty of the present moment.

What is something you cannot live without? I could not live without my family and friends, as they bring a tremendous amount of love, joy, and balance into my life.

What is your proudest accomplishment? My proudest accomplishment is not the businesses I opened, the houses I have bought, or the risks that I have taken. When asked, who are you? I like to reply with, “A kind human being.” Our accomplishments should be defined by who we are, and not by our risks or our careers, but rather the growth within ourselves. I take pride in the investment of who I am and how I make others feel around me.

What is a meal/recipe your family has passed down to you? One of my favorite family recipes is my mom’s chicken pot pie! However, I am not much of a cook.

What is a tradition your family does that is important to you? Every holiday is spent with my family having relaxing sit-down dinners, creating memories and experiences.
