Police report a two-vehicle accident at the end of Interstate 84’s Exit 11 off-ramp in Sandy Hook during the morning rush about 8 am November 2.

Motorist Pablo Osorio, 26, of Holding, N.Y., who was driving a 2001 Isuzu Trooper, was in the process of making a right turn from the ramp onto eastbound Wasserman Way, when he stopped for traffic conditions, police said.

The Isuzu was then struck from behind by motorist Daniel Parker, 45, of Shelton, who was driving a 1993 Ford F-350 pickup truck, police report

Neither driver was injured. Police issued Parker an infraction ticket for following too closely. They gave Osorio an infraction ticket for driving without a license.
