Please Adopt Me!

Originally thought to be feral, Bella was rescued on Church Hill Road in Newtown along with her five kittens in late September. Bella was spayed, vaccinated and had a wound on her leg treated. The day before she was to be released to the area she was found, she started exhibiting signs of being a very loving, affectionate cat. Bella is a beautiful Siamese/tabby mix. She is 18 months old, LOVES to play and is very much a kitten at heart. Bella exhibits some jealousy around other cats, so she may be best placed in a home where she is the only feline. She is current on all vaccinations and is healthy. To adopt, visit The Animal Center website at www.theanimalcenter.org or call (203) 270-0228.

The Animal Center’s no-kill cat program provides rescue and adoption services for homeless and unwanted kittens in the Newtown area through volunteer foster homes. The Animal Center not only partners with the community, but also with other rescue groups and veterinary offices to save cats that might otherwise be euthanized. The Animal Center is a 501(c)3 publicly-supported charity, will help more than 200 cats this year and relies heavily on the support of the public and generous volunteers.
