Parish Nurse Flu Vaccine Clinic

Newtown Congregational Church Parish Nurse Program and St Rose Church have teamed up to offer another flu vaccine clinic in Newtown.

A clinic will be held in the St Rose Church Parish Center Sunday, November 11, from 9 am until noon. Appointments can be made by calling the St Rose Parish Nurse office at 426-2573 (leave  name and desired time to be vaccinated, along with a contact phone number). Walk-ins will also be accommodated.

VNS will accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Net (Commercial and Smart Choice) as well as Medicare Part B Insurance. All those who receive shots should bring their insurance cards with them.

If not covered by the above insurance the cost is $30, payable to VNS. For those who have health insurance not listed above, VNS will issue a receipt that can be presented to insurance companies for reimbursement.

The church hall is at 46 Church Hill Road.
