Is Your Old Stuff Worth Anything?

Uncover the history and value of your antiques and collectibles at a free (and fun) seminar at C.H. Booth Library Saturday, November 17, at 3 pm.  

The program host will be visiting Stratford Senior Reference Librarian Anne Killheffer, who will talk about the ways to uncover the history and value of antiques and collectibles by using tools at the library and the Internet — cautiously — to dig up valuable information.

Lots of photos will illustrate the process of researching the value of heirlooms, estimating a market value, and contacting experts who can be helpful to you in these types of searches. The seminar will also include a tour by library staff of the library’s 3,000-plus collection of books on antiques and collectibles.
