Holiday Gathering Returning,

To A New Location

Stacey Olszewski will present the 3rd Annual “A Holiday Gathering” this month. This year’s event will move into Wishing Well, the recently opened store at 5A Glen Road in Sandy Hook.

The special event will run from November 15 until November 18, and will feature fine hand-crafted gifts, collectibles and gift baskets from more than 30 area artists. Among the offerings will be painted bowls, boards and containers; dried florals; shawls and scarves; fleece poncho for all ages; wood carvings; pottery; reversible handbags; hand hooked and braided rugs; quilling; fraktur and much more. The event will run Thursday, November 15, from 6 to 10 pm; Friday and Saturday, November 16-17, from 10 am to 8 pm; and Sunday, November 19, from 10 am to 3 pm.

Mrs Olszewski is part owner of the new store and is also a practicing artisan, the owner of Old Green Road Crafts. She is the creator of A Holiday Gathering, which debuted in 2005 at her home and has grown exponentially each year since.
