HOM School Community Team

So, what is SCT? Well, SCT stands for School Community Team (Thought it was Student Council Team, huh? Nope!).
SCT is a group of children at Head Oâ Meadow who help their school and do community service like going to nursing homes, running food and clothing drives, and raising money for the school. We also write for The Newtown Bee.
âI like SCT because Iâm a people person,â Libby Feltch said.
The president of SCT, Caitie OâHandley, said, âSCT is fun and challenging.â
A recent project SCT members did was make Halloween treat bags for the senior citizens home.
The Newtown Bee reporters for SCT â Lauren Villodas, Julie Kalt, Caitlin Walsh, Caitlin OâHandley, Theresa Bibeau, and Libby Feltch did teacher profiles for their first articles. The whole SCT staff started making their identification cards. The presidents are Caitlin OâHandley and Bethany Morin, the secretary is Stephanie Paproski, and the treasurer is Christie Fogelstrom. Wow! SCT is fun.
SCT staff advisors include Julie Bastes, Phil Cruz, Gail Diminico, Carol Howard, and Pat Aschauer.
