Auditions This Weekend For Wiltonâs âSisters Rosenweigâ
WILTON â The Wilton Playshop announces auditions for The Sisters Rosenweig will be held on Sunday, November 12, and Monday, November 13 at 7:30 pm, at Wilton Playshop, Loverâs Lane at Route 106. For questions, call Kevin Witty at 203/838-9890. Scripts are available for perusal at Wilton Library.
The show will play Fridays and Saturdays, January 26 through February 10, with one matinee on Sunday, February 4.
The Sisters Rosenweig is both a funny and poignant play about three Jewish sisters raised in Brooklyn, but who now lead separate lives all over the globe. Each sister is striving to find happiness in her life through romance, self-definition and personal fulfillment. Scott R. Brill will direct the Wilton production.
All roles are open. Only the characters of Sara, Tom and Nicholas need to have British accents, although Saraâs accent can be more in the style of speaking with proper diction.
