Adult Hike At Devil’s Den

WESTON — On Tuesday, November 14, from 1 to 3 pm, The Nature Conservancy is offering a guided adult hike at Devil’s Den Preserve, a 1,756-acre nature preserve located on the Redding/Weston border. Doris Falk and Harvey Franzel will lead the hike of under four miles along trails at The Den.

This will be a good opportunity for adults to enjoy some side trails with which they may be less familiar, to view the rocks, walls, and structural features that abound. Participants will also be able to learn a bit about the human and natural history at the preserve from guides who know the territory well.

Reservations are not required for the free program, but participants may call the Den office at 203/226-4991 weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm for further information or directions to The Den.
