There’s a chill in the air, so it must be time for chili.

Friday, November 7, will be Player Appreciation Night at St Rose Bingo. Along with the usual Bingo fun, organizers are planning chili and other hot foods for sale at the concession stand, together with homemade dessert treats and complimentary coffee.

The evening will feature an expanded free raffle with even more prizes and goodies.

The monthly Bingo games are played in the Monsignor Weiss Gathering Hall at St Rose School, 40 Church Hill Road in Newtown. Doors open at 5:45 pm, and Bingo games will run from 6:30 until approximately 9:30 pm.

The admission fee of $17 cover all regular games. A few special games are offered for a nominal fee during the night.

Upcoming Friday Bingo nights are also planned for January 9, February 13, March 13, April 24 and May 15.
