Transformation Through Breath And Voice

REDDING — Song Grove, a center for nurturing the soul through the arts, will host “Transformation through Breath and Voice,” to be led by Kevin Makarewicz and Bob Werme.

The process will introduce participants to accessing and expressing the power and beauty of the natural human breath and voice, and demonstrate how conscious use of these gifts may enhance our physical well being, emotional integration, and spiritual connection.

Kevin Makarewicz is a musician, creative arts facilitator, and expressive therapist. He has 20 years experience guiding others in the discovery of their own musical expression. Bob Werme is a musician and ordained minister. The workshop will be offered on December 9. It will run 10 am to 1 pm. Cost is $45, and registration is limited to eight people.
