Kathi Weller, ABR, of Flagpole Realty, Inc. (center), accepts a marble desk pen set in recognition of being named Realtor of the Year by the Newtown Board of Realtors. The presentation was made by Barry Rosa from People’s Bank and NAR Region 1 Vice President Nancy Leroy at the Connecticut Association of Realtors convention held at Foxwoods on October 4.
