Making Newtown A Great Place

To the Editor:

Just a short note to thank the people of Newtown for their support of my candidacy for the Legislative Council in District 1. I look forward to serving on the “new” Legislative Council and to working with my new colleagues and the many other wonderful people that volunteer their time to make Newtown such a great place to live and work.

Many thanks to The Newtown Bee for its generous involvement and support of the election process. In a very tough economy, the ink and paper admirably continued to flow, providing the voters with the opportunity to be involved and informed. Thanks again.
