Jack-O-Lanterns Will Highlight Photographers’ Meeting

The Flagpole Photographers Club will have its next meeting on Thursday, November 16, at Cyrenius H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street in Newtown. The meeting, with a program open to the public free of charge, will begin at 7:30 pm.

The speaker for November will be Aurelle Appel, who will give a program on “Jack-O-Lanterns.” Following her presentation, Ms Appel will judge this month’s competition, “Open Prints.”

Guests are always welcome to attend at no charge; competitions are open to members only.

A reminder: there is no regular meeting next month. Instead, the Flagpole Photographers Holiday Party will take place on December 7, also at the library.
