Hope For The Holidays

SOUTHBURY — A free program entitled “Hope for the Holidays” is being offered by the Hospice at Home™ program of Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut, Inc.

The one-night program is intended to help adults who have suffered a recent loss explore the common feelings of grief and depression that can occur during the holiday season.  The program, which is facilitated by a trained counselor, will offer suggestions on how to deal with these feelings during the holiday season.

The program will be conducted on Wednesday, November 17, from 6 to 7:30 pm at the offices of Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut, 800 Main Street, East Entrance, Southbury.  There is no charge for this program, which is a free community service offered by the Hospice at Home™ program of Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut, Inc.
