Noreen R. Cole

Noreen R. Cole, 67, wife of John W. Cole of Concord, N.H., formerly of Sandy Hook, died October 29 from injuries received in an automobile accident in Concord.

She was born in Littleton, N.H., September 3, 1932, a daughter of the late Frank and Dora (Beslands) Guyer.

Mrs Cole was a resident of Zoar Road, Sandy Hook, from 1963 to 1989, when she and her husband moved to Deerfield Beach, Fla. They recently moved to Concord, N.H., but had planned to move back to Sandy Hook. While residing in Sandy Hook, she was a communicant of St Rose of Lima Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Scott Cole, and his wife Karen, of Bethel; a daughter, Mary Jane Cole; a brother, Dwayne Guyer of Lisbon, N.H.; three sisters, Natalie Ward of Deerfield Beach, Fla., Linda McKeen of Hopkinton, N.H., and Joyce Guyer; and two grandsons, Steven and Daniel Cole.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 5, at 11 am at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown. Interment will be in St Rose Cemetery, Sandy Hook.

Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, November 4, from 7 to 9 pm.
