To the Editor:

Of the current Legislative Council candidates, no one has more experience serving on the LC than Jordana Bloom, who has served four years (two terms) for District 2. It is critical to have her perceptive mind, sensibilities and outspokenness on an LC that has an underrepresentation of women. Jordana continues to be an indelible and intelligent presence in our community whether as a member of the Community Center Commission or a linchpin in her job of fundraising as strategic project manager at Booth Library. She is committed to education funding while balancing demand on taxpayers, upholds the values of diversity, equity and inclusion, and supports environmental initiatives.

If you live in District 2, please familiarize yourself with Jordana’s experience and priorities. With your vote, she will be a strong role model on the Legislative Council.
