To the Editor:

Please allow me the opportunity to share with you why I am enthusiastically endorsing Brennan Coakley for BOE. It’s time to install someone that can bring about positive change at the BOE. The drama and politics that have permeated this institution must come to end and we must get back to common sense. Brennan Coakley, simply put, is the real deal. A father with a 9-month-old that wants to cut to the chase and fix the School District. Toss out the politics and political agendas and make it about the kids for a change. Brennan is a Newtown product, who recently moved back to his hometown with lovely wife and newborn in tow to work in his family’s business. He was a star athlete at Newtown High and went on to Penn State on football scholarship playing tight end. He believes in parental rights as well as a strong proponent of getting our tax money down to the kids and out of the administrator’s hands with inflated salaries. Brennan Coakley is a strong advocate for our children. It’s about time the BOE begins putting emphasis on the right things as well as good solid people. Please join me in voting for Brennan Coakley on November 7th. Let’s get it right this time.
