This letter is in regard to my association and knowledge pertaining to Rance Thompson.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Rance for over 18 years. Recently he has expressed his interest in being a member of the Newtown Legislative Council. I strongly feel that he would be an excellent candidate. Rance has owned and operated a successful growing business since I have known him. His personality gives him strength and confidence when negotiating with individuals, a group, or committee. Rance has two daughters and owns a home in Newtown. He understands money management and budgets.

I hope you will give consideration to the above information and recommendation.
