To the Editor:

Steve Hinden has a lot of great qualifications and has received many endorsements in this campaign. I want to focus on what I think is unique about Steve and why I think we need his voice and expertise on the Board of Finance.

Steve has proven to be a thoughtful and outspoken voice during his first term on the BOF. He has prioritized education and gone above and beyond to support education funding and foster a better understanding of the process for everyone involved. He excels at communicating complicated issues in an accessible way. He is never afraid to speak up and speak out. Having known him for two years, I am impressed with his personal generosity and dedication to our schools and our town. Please consider a vote for Steve Hinden on November 5, because community matters!
