Restore The Republic

Our republic is falling. Although the term democracy is often used to describe our form of government, this term is not accurate. Our country was founded as a republic. The word democracy is not found in the constitution or the Declaration of Independence. Our Founding Fathers deliberately left it out knowing that a democracy is a poor and unstable form of government which leads to a downward spiral into a tyranny of an oligarchy. We were founded as a republic which is based on the rule of law and which system was deliberately created to limit the powers of central government. We Americans have not paid attention and have taken our freedoms for granted, but the American people are waking up. More information on the history of our republic can be found at www.JBS.com.
