To the Editor:

As a resident of Newtown for the last 56 years I have seen, heard, and voted for many a candidate and never aspired to state my support for any particular one. This year is different, very, very different.

The Newtown political regime [save one or two] has become ill with personal agendas, bullying, outright lying, and additional discord. I could continue but I believe — no, I know — that the residents and taxpayers are as aware of this as I. We must begin to rebuild our local authorities even if it is one at a time.

I strongly urge each voter in Distinct 2 to cast their vote for Kathy Fetchick for Legislative Council. Cast your vote for dedication, integrity, intelligence, responsibility, and tenacity. She has proven time and again that she is committed to the improvement of Newtown and always, always, listens to the voices of the public.

Again, vote for Kathy Fetchick for District 2 Legislative Council. I am, and I would even if I was running against her
