Answering The Call

To the Editor:

I am writing to thank all of Newtown for answering my recent request for help with my “Socks For Soldiers” campaign to benefit all of our deployed troops. I knew you would find it in your hearts to help and that I could count on you!

The socks have been steadily coming in and we are preparing to pack them up and get them shipped out on Saturday. I’ll let you all know next week how we did.
