Coldwell Banker And NCRC Coalition Renew Partnership
DANBURY â The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerageâs parent company NRT LLC, recently announced an expansion of their strategic alliance to promote best fair housing practices to real estate sales associates and consumers in more than 35 major metropolitan areas where NRT operates. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., serves consumers in Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven and New London Counties in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.
The new three-year agreement is an extension of a partnership that began in May 2006. As part of that agreement, NCRC and NRT collaborated to design and roll out fair housing training across NRTâs national family of companies, and reviewed and assessed NRTâs fair housing policies and practices to reinforce equal professional service to all consumers.
The new agreement identifies strategies for furthering its goal of equal housing opportunity, including community outreach plans, public information campaigns as well as continuing to incorporate fair housing principles in the companyâs day-to-day operations.
âThis new agreement is a partnership in the truest sense of the word,â said Kate Rossi, president and COO, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. âNCRCâs long history as an advocate and expert in the area of fair housing, combined with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerageâs strong presence in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., gives us the ability to reach into these areas and underscore important messages. â
