Ralph B.      Miller, Jr

Ralph B. Miller, Jr, 56, of 77 Candlewood Park, Danbury, died on October 23, at Danbury Hospital.

Born in Bridgeport on January 18, 1944, he was a son of Loretta (Irving) Miller Leverich of Danbury and the late Ralph B. Miller, Sr. He was a graduate of Newtown High School and served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Mr Miller worked throughout the area as a carpenter. Before moving to Danbury, he lived in Marshall, Tex., and Newtown.

He was a member of the VFW of Southbury and an avid fisherman and horseshoes player.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his son, Duane Miller of Marshall, Tex.; his daughters, Alisa Kelly of Seaside Heights, N.J., and April and Crystal Miller, both of Marshall, Tex.; a brother, Randal J. Miller of Scottsdale, Ariz.; sisters, Margaret Leffler of Canandaigua, N.Y., and Nancy Dachenhausen and Elizabeth Miller, both of Lavonia, Ga.; and one grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held at the Green funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, on Friday, October 27, at 9:30 am. Burial will be in the Bethel Center Cemetery Section at Elmwood Cemetery, Bethel.

Calling hours were scheduled at the Green Funeral Home on Thursday, October 26, from 5 to 8 pm.
