A Festival For Halloween And Fall

MONROE – The Monroe Newcomers and Neighbors Club will present a Halloween Fall Festival on Saturday, October 28, from 11 am to 3 pm, at Wolf Park. A rain date has been scheduled for Sunday, October 29. The park is on Cutlers Farm Road.

This year’s event will feature a children’s costume parade at noon, with moon bounce, Halloween photos, face painting, games, children’s crafts, Halloween goodies and treats, raffles, and giveaways all day. Admission is free. Net proceeds will benefit the town of Monroe.
