Will Not Patronize Businesses With Trump Signs

To The Editor:

As I drive around town, I have seen Trump signs in front of some Newtown businesses. Donald Trump has made his disdain for BIPOC, immigrants, and transgender people clear. I do not want to knowingly be in the same spaces as people who share those beliefs. If my BIPOC, immigrant, and transgender friends and family are not welcome in those Newtown businesses, I will stop patronizing them. I will be calling them to let them know.

Typical liberal drone. Freedom of speech only applies if you agree with the democrat party.
Go back to sleep Wendy knowing that better people than you keep you and your naive beliefs safe at night.

The former president is talking about using our military against those that disagree with him while demonizing entire communities. His supporters are experiencing some judgy attitudes.

Better be careful because the stellar role model of a president may consider you an enemy from within

Ah the irony. In a socialist country the letter writer would not have a choice about where to do business. But here they are, voting with their wallet. I guess you really can’t have it both ways. I will say I’m very happy to see that many businesses in town are bold enough to speak their mind and let the chips fall where they may- just as noble as a boycott in my book.
