To the Editor:

Matt Mihalcik is an outstanding choice for Legislative Council in District #2. I have been privileged to know Matt since he first began serving our town on the Newtown Economic Development Commission. He is not a silent participant, and rolls up his sleeves to be 100 percent committed on both the aforementioned EDC and the C.H. Booth Library Board of Trustees. He has a responsible position as a branch manager [for Newtown Savings Bank], and began developing his leadership skills as an Eagle Scout. He is a caring individual, and I ask you to please join me voting for him on November 7.
